In addition to the violations described in the terms of service, users may not use Browshot to:

  • Interfere with other Browshot users' enjoyment of the Service.
  • Cryptocurrency mining.
  • Create multiple user accounts in connection with any violation of the Agreement or create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses.
  • Reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the Browshot Service.

5. Inactive Account

Browshot may terminate your account in accordance with the terms of service if you fail to login through Browshot or authenticate through the Browshot API to your account for a period of six (6) months. Previous screenshots along with the metadata will be removed and will not be available to the user. Shared screenshots may be kept visible to the public.

6. Storage

Browshot does not guarantee the storage and availability of the screenshots. Screenshots may be deleted after six (6) months.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Browshot's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Browshot does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Browshot may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Browshot does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Our Website may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you. By linking to these websites, we do not create or have an affiliation with, or sponsor such third party websites. 10. Governing Law

Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in California, USA, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
